Juvo Weighted Bar

Created to add more versatility for the Juvo Board, the weighted bar integrates seamlessly into many exercises. During strength training, the bar furthers lean muscle development in exercises such as squats because it incorporates both the upper and lower body. In addition to strength training, the bar can also be used in flexibility and balance routines. Functionally speaking, the weighted workout bar can also serve as a paddle for those using the Juvo Board to indoor stand-up paddle board train or teach proper form to beginners.
